1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing tvksafetynets.in or availing services from TVK Safety Nets, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
We provide installation services for bird nets, safety nets, invisible grills, cloth hangers and related products across Chennai. All work is performed by our trained technicians.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- Prices on the website are indicative ranges; final pricing is shared after a free site inspection.
- Quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
- GST and additional charges (if applicable) will be communicated upfront.
4. Payment
An advance may be required to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due upon completion of installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Warranty
Material warranty is offered as per the manufacturer's terms (typically 5–10 years for nets against UV degradation, subject to normal wear and tear). Workmanship warranty covers installation defects only and excludes damage from misuse, fire, storms, or third-party interference.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe and timely access to the installation area.
- Obtain any permissions required from associations, landlords or authorities.
- Ensure children, pets and valuables are kept away during installation.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made before material is cut or dispatched are eligible for a full refund of the advance. Once material is customised for your site, advance amounts are non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability
TVK Safety Nets is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the service paid for the specific installation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of TVK Safety Nets and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
